Adara, Liam and Kael were pretending to sleep on the bean bag. It was just too cute to pass up. I look like I've been out in the sun. Well, I have. We stay after school every day and play on the play ground. The kids love it, though.

Adara's birthday (Nov. 3rd). She's a princess all the way.............except when she wants to play with the boys. We had a fun little birthday party together and the kids loved the cake......well, they loved the frosting on the cake. Kael ate his cake and got it all over himself, but the other two would not touch the cake except to lick the frosting off. So, we basically had frosting for Adara's birthday. It was the whipped cream frosting just so you know.

Here we are again. Gawking at each other's pictures. Enjoy!!
Sandbox and water. Do you really need anything else?

Can kids be any cuter?? I love this picture and continue to thank my Heavenly Father for blessing me with many moments like these.................otherwise I'd jump off a cliff because of some of the things these guys put me through. Man, how I love them.

Kael finally turned One. Happy birthday to you little buddy. Obviously, he enjoyed being able to tear into something so sweet and messy without Mom jumping on him. Yippee!!!

Liam is so proud of himself for getting so many happy faces at school. Last year it was a miracle if he came home with more than two a month. He had a rough year, but this year is definately better.

You have to love child creative children. This is Adara's hippi outfit. Running around in funky sunglasses, underwear and skates fit the bill perfectly. Everyday she comes out with some new combination and it never fails to crack me up. She is being beautiful in her own way.

Yes Adara is still in underwear. I have a hard time keeping clothes on her since she was potty trained........no, actually, she has always tried to taked her clothes off. The worst part is when go pick Liam up at school and she takes her clothes off to pee on the tree at the playground. Yikes!! To make it worse, she doesn't always come back with anything on. Aaahhhhh!! Really, I AM trying to suck the streaking habit out of her. Oh yeah, this doll and stroller is her birthday present. She was with me at the store so she knew what she was getting and wasn't going to let me hide it for a week until her birthday.

This is our bean bag toss pumpkin we made for the Trunk or treat party. The kids love to play with it still and I'm sure it won't last too many weeks before it's totally destroyed.

In Primary Liam learned how to be a missionary even if he's not old enough to go on a mission. In the lesson I dressed up one of the kids in Ray's old mission suit to show the them they might look like a missionary, but they aren't old enough. When we got home Liam wanted his turn and boy does he look good. He was proud and wanted Daddy to see this.

Yeah, it's finally Halloween. Liam and Adara were dying to wear their costumes and go trick or treating. Adara is Cinderella and Liam is a transformer (he wouldn't wear the mask). Little Kael was hot in his cute spider suit so we ditched it after the pictures.

Adara and Liam are very proud of their pumpkins. Even though Adara is standing in front of hers. It was bed time.

You can't have Halloween without carving pumpkins. I had Liam take the picture (hence, the chopped off head), then Adara decided she wanted a turn and dropped my camara. I was about to cry because it jammed the lens. After some muscle and persuasion it started working again.
Once the kids went to bed I ran to the kitchen and chopped up their pumpkins so I could cook them and use it for pumpkin bread and holiday stuff. The kids weren't too happy about that the next day. Adara's upset, wide eyes calmed down once she got to eat some pumpkin bread.

Giddy-up Daddy. Fun on the beach. We went to North Padre Island to have fun with the kids.

Kael, Adara and Daddy playing on the beach.

This is pretty little Adara with makeup on. Delaina (Ray's sister) was bored and decided to make her beautiful. Adara thought it was pretty fun. We went to a fish hatchery in Athens, Tx where we could practice fishing. It was fun.

Check it out!! I actually caught a fish (with Dad's help...he he he). Adara was helping me, but the pole was wiggling too much while trying to wreel the little beggar of a fish in. I am now an experienced fisherwoman. Right? I guess I need to work on it more than just once.

Liam was so excited to catch his first fish with Grandpa Wallace. It was catch and release at the fish hatchery, but still fun.

Check out the fish that Grandpa Wallace helped Liam catch. It was cute and slimey. They continued to catch many more.

Liam was able to pet a baby alligator at the fish hatchery. They were trying to get it used to people. Don't worry, she held the head so it wouldn't bite him. It did have teeth too. A lot!!

Liam feeding the masses of large catfish at the fish hatchery.

Adara is feeding the catfish in this pond. There were tons and they were big.

Liam's attempt at breaking this stubborn pinata. It wouldn't break for anything. Many kids tried.

Here is Ray finishing off the pinata the kids couldn't quite break. It was pretty tough. He broke a bat on it before he even dented it. Then, he just pulled the pinata down and ripped it open. I thought pinata's were supposed to break???

While Ray was home we went to North Padre Island to play on the beach. The temperature was perfect and the water was warm. It was so nice the kids bug me everyday to go back. Maybe sometime soon. If anyone is ever in this neck of the woods you want to come here.

We promised Liam we would go see a battleship in Houston when Daddy came home. However, we saw it last summer so we decided to go to Corpus Christi and see the air craft carrier there. Liam loved it because it was a like a battleship, but it had AIRPLANES TOO!! Yeah, it was a hit.

I am stong when I eat good food.

Ray taught the kids how his dinner was going to make them strong. They were making muscle man poses. Surprisingly, they ate their dinner for him. I've never tried this approach and still can't get them to eat certain things. I'd better change my tactics.

Our new family photo. You don't know how excited I was to have Ray home long enough to get a picture taken.

Cute little Kael asleep curled up to his blankie sucking his thumb. Is there anything cuter than that. What an angel.
Happy little Kael playing with his toys and making a mess. Isn't that what babies are supposed to do?

This is 'beautiful' Adara with her hair up. It's been quite a fight to get her to keep her hair up. When I reminded her how beautiful her hair was she would leave it alone. She is such a doll.

Forgive the messy table, but we were having a fondue party. A little bit of healthy with a little of sugar is a hit and makes you not feel so guilty. Our kids had so much fun......and made a mess. It was great!! Can you tell Mom needed a little chocolate......what a heavenly remedy for women.
This is Adara's collage so she won't forget Jesus and her Daddy.

This is Liam's collage so he won't forget Daddy. It's also a reminder that Jesus takes care of Daddy and us while he's away.

I was out planting roses so I put the tent up to keep the kids entertained. Otherwise, they would destroy the house while I was outside. It was fun for all. Even, little Kael.

Thanks for coming to our blog. It's alway fun to brag about how cute our kids are and show off some of the big events that happen to us. The biggest thing is, simply, that Daddy (Ray) gets to see pictures of his family while he is away serving our country. We are proud of his efforts and can't wait to see him again. We love you Ray.
Liam and some of his birthday presents. Boats, of coarse. Off to the right is little Zhane. He is Jessica and Aaron's foster child. We were celebrating his birthday along with Liam's. Hopefully, he will become part of the family soon.
Pinata time!! Jessica is beating the pirate ship pinata (Liam loves boats) and the kids are going crazy to fill their bags. Of coarse, they had to stop every now and then for a little snack.

Jessica, Grayson, Brenden, some man with a Jaguar on his head, Liam, Adara, and Jan. We went to the World Aquarium in Dallas. It was awesome. There were fish (duh!), a rainforest, penguins and even a Jaguar. Hence, the outfit above. We even saw a gigantic manatee.......you know a sea cow. We thought it was a giant bolder in the water until it moved and started chomping on a log. The snout gave him away.

This is Liam trying to explain what happened to his shoe. Notice his feet. One shoe is gone. Yea, gone to the ducks and other odd birds in the pond. Liam stuck his foot in between the rails and his shoe slid off when he pulled his foot back. It was annoying, but funny. He had to walk through the rest of the Zoo without a shoe.
While up in Tyler, Tx we went to the Zoo. Aunt Jessica , Brenden, Grayson and Adara are trying to pet the runaway goat. Adara had to work hard to keep up.

Jan and Kael with Grandma Wallace at the jumper place. We are just passing time while the kids burn themselves out. Boy it will be easy to put the kids down when bed time come.

Grandma Wallace and Auntie Delaina brought Grayson and Brenden over to play. We had a alot of fun and nonstop chaos. The kids are great especially with partners in crime.

I wanted a picture of all the kids together and it turned into a tickle fest. It looks like Kael is a part of it too. He's just excited about the attention he's getting from Adara. She loves to talk to the baby and play with him now that he can respond. Even if it's just his cute smile. Liam was so excited because he got Kael to laugh the other day. It was so cute.
The box frenzy never ends. Donelle sent us some clothes for Adara in a rather large box. Thanks!! Now, my kids will have another couple days of endless entertainment. It doesn't last more than that since jumping on the box eventually becomes more exciting than being in it.
There is nothing like a square bottom with rounded edges. Kael can sit by himself, but not for long because he hasn't quite got a grasp on balancing to stay there. Solution=pillows behind him.

Kael is learning new things now........most importantly, how to put everything into his mouth. He is 4 1/2 months old.
